Driving
From the West on I-84
Take the 58th Ave. exit. At the light at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Glisan. Continue east on Glisan to 70th and the office will be on the left hand (north) side of the street.
From the East on I-84
Take the I-205 exit. Follow directions for I-205, below.
From I-205 (north or south)
Take the Glisan/Stark St exit. Turn (west) onto Glisan and continue west to the corner of 70th & Glisan.
Parking
There is street parking on Glisan and the side streets.
Also there are also several patient parking spaces available in the small lot connected to the back of the office on 70th. If you park in the lot, please do not block garage access.
